QrtzApp Terms of Service

Introduction

Welcome to QrtzApp.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the QrtzApp website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use QrtzApp.

If the laws of your jurisdiction require parental or guardian consent for online services, you may only use the Service with such consent.

By using QrtzApp, you represent and warrant that you are legally permitted to use the Service.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account.

You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating and maintaining your account.

You may not:

  • Impersonate another person or organization.
  • Misrepresent your identity.
  • Create accounts for fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive purposes.
  • Circumvent account restrictions, suspensions, or bans.

QrtzApp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, rename, reclaim, or terminate accounts when necessary to protect the Service, comply with legal obligations, prevent abuse, or enforce these Terms.

Usernames are provided as a feature of the Service and are not considered property of the user.

3. User Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you create and publish on QrtzApp, including:

  • Posts
  • Images
  • Profile information
  • Notes
  • Tags
  • Comments
  • User-created media
  • Other content submitted through the Service

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of your content to QrtzApp.

4. License to Operate the Service

By posting content to QrtzApp, you grant QrtzApp a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

  • Host your content
  • Store your content
  • Display your content
  • Reproduce your content
  • Distribute your content through platform features
  • Make technical modifications necessary to provide the Service

This license exists solely for the operation, maintenance, improvement, moderation, security, and delivery of the Service.

This license generally ends when content is deleted, except to the extent copies remain in backups, legal records, archives, or user-created derivative content as permitted under these Terms.

5. Reblogs, Quote Reblogs, and Deleted Content

QrtzApp is designed around sharing, reblogging, discussion, and community participation.

By posting content publicly on QrtzApp, you authorize other users to interact with that content using platform features, including:

  • Reblogs
  • Quote reblogs
  • Notes
  • Comments
  • Tags
  • Links
  • Other sharing features provided by the Service

If you delete your original content, QrtzApp may remove or restrict access to pure redistributions of that content, including quick reblogs, reposts, or other content that contains no meaningful user-created expression.

However, quote reblogs, comments, notes, and other derivative content that contain meaningful user-created expression may remain visible after the original content has been deleted.

When derivative content remains visible after deletion of the original content, references to the deleted content may be removed, hidden, restricted, or replaced with an unavailable-content notice.

QrtzApp reserves the right to determine whether content contains meaningful user-created expression and may remove content that consists only of minimal, automated, abusive, misleading, or insignificant additions.

6. Mature and Sensitive Content

QrtzApp may permit mature, sensitive, or adult-oriented content where lawful and consistent with platform policies.

Users are responsible for accurately labeling mature content using available platform tools.

QrtzApp may:

  • Require content warnings
  • Restrict visibility
  • Restrict access based on age
  • Remove improperly labeled content
  • Modify mature-content policies at any time

Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all laws applicable to the creation, publication, and viewing of mature content.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use QrtzApp to:

  • Violate any law or regulation
  • Harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, or abuse others
  • Share non-consensual intimate imagery
  • Publish child sexual abuse material
  • Promote terrorism or violent extremism
  • Commit fraud or deception
  • Distribute malware or malicious code
  • Engage in phishing or credential theft
  • Publish another person's private information without authorization
  • Infringe intellectual property rights
  • Manipulate engagement through automation or spam
  • Interfere with the security or operation of the Service

QrtzApp may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these rules.

8. Intellectual Property

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own the content you post, or
  • You possess all rights necessary to post that content.

You remain solely responsible for the content you upload.

QrtzApp does not claim ownership of user-created content.

9. Copyright Policy

QrtzApp respects intellectual property rights and complies with applicable copyright laws, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

If you believe content on QrtzApp infringes your copyright, you may submit a complaint in accordance with the QrtzApp Copyright and DMCA Policy.

QrtzApp may remove allegedly infringing material and may terminate repeat infringers.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by the QrtzApp Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, disclosed, and protected.

11. Content Moderation

QrtzApp reserves the right to:

  • Review reported content
  • Remove content
  • Restrict visibility
  • Restrict account features
  • Suspend accounts
  • Terminate accounts

Moderation actions may be taken to protect users, comply with legal obligations, maintain platform integrity, or enforce these Terms.

QrtzApp is not obligated to review all content and does not guarantee that any reported content will be removed.

12. Availability of the Service

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

QrtzApp does not guarantee:

  • Continuous availability
  • Error-free operation
  • Data preservation
  • Feature permanence
  • Uninterrupted access

QrtzApp may modify, suspend, discontinue, or remove features at any time without liability.

13. Artificial Intelligence and User Content

QrtzApp does not use user content to train generative artificial intelligence models without user consent.

QrtzApp may use content and platform activity for purposes such as:

  • Spam detection
  • Abuse prevention
  • Content moderation
  • Security monitoring
  • Service improvement
  • Recommendation systems

This section may be updated if QrtzApp introduces new AI-related functionality in the future.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time.

QrtzApp may suspend or terminate access to the Service if:

  • Use of the Service
  • Inability to use the Service
  • User-generated content
  • Account actions
  • Security incidents
  • Service interruptions
  • Content removal decisions

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless QrtzApp and its operators from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:

  • Your content
  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of applicable laws
  • Your violation of the rights of another person or entity

18. Changes to These Terms

QrtzApp may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.

Your continued use of the Service after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

19. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
