QrtzApp Community Guidelines

Last updated: July 2, 2026

Introduction

QrtzApp exists to help people create, share, discover, and discuss content.

We believe communities thrive when people are free to express themselves, explore interests, and connect with others while respecting the safety and dignity of fellow users.

These Community Guidelines explain what is allowed on QrtzApp, what is not allowed, and how we approach moderation.

These Guidelines work alongside our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Copyright & DMCA Policy.

Our Principles

QrtzApp is built around a few core ideas:

  • Creativity matters.
  • Community matters.
  • Context matters.
  • People should be able to express themselves.
  • People should be able to control their own experience.
  • Safety and free expression can coexist.

Moderation decisions are guided by these principles.

Be Respectful

You do not have to agree with other users.

You do have to treat them like human beings.

Healthy disagreement, criticism, debate, satire, parody, and discussion are allowed.

Harassment, intimidation, and abuse are not.

What We Encourage

We encourage users to:

  • Share original creations
  • Reblog and discuss content
  • Participate in fandoms
  • Create art
  • Share photography
  • Write essays and commentary
  • Explore hobbies and interests
  • Build communities
  • Support fellow creators
  • Discover new ideas

QrtzApp works best when people contribute something meaningful.

Harassment and Abuse

The following are prohibited:

  • Targeted harassment
  • Sustained personal attacks
  • Threats of violence
  • Encouraging others to harass someone
  • Coordinated abuse campaigns
  • Doxxing
  • Sharing private information without consent
  • Stalking behavior
  • Attempts to intimidate or silence others

A single rude comment is not necessarily harassment.

A pattern of targeted behavior may be.

QrtzApp may evaluate context when reviewing reports.

Hate and Extremism

You may not:

  • Promote hatred against protected groups
  • Encourage discrimination
  • Advocate violence against individuals or groups
  • Support terrorist organizations
  • Recruit for extremist movements
  • Glorify acts of mass violence

Discussion, criticism, journalism, historical analysis, and educational content may be permitted depending on context.

Sexual Content and Mature Content

QrtzApp may permit mature content where lawful and consistent with platform policy.

Users who post mature content must:

  • Properly label mature content
  • Follow applicable laws
  • Respect platform safety tools

QrtzApp may restrict, remove, or relabel content that is improperly marked.

The following are never allowed:

  • Child sexual abuse material
  • Sexual exploitation
  • Non-consensual sexual content
  • Revenge pornography
  • Sexualized content involving minors
  • Content promoting sexual coercion

Violations may result in immediate account termination and referral to appropriate authorities.

Violence and Dangerous Content

You may not:

  • Encourage violence
  • Promote terrorism
  • Incite harm against others
  • Organize criminal activity
  • Share instructions intended to facilitate serious harm

Context matters.

News reporting, educational discussion, artistic expression, and historical content may be allowed.

Self-Harm and Suicide

Content that glorifies, encourages, or promotes self-harm is prohibited.

Users may discuss personal experiences involving:

  • Mental health
  • Recovery
  • Crisis situations
  • Self-harm experiences

QrtzApp may add warnings, reduce visibility, or provide support resources where appropriate.

Spam and Platform Manipulation

You may not:

  • Send spam
  • Artificially inflate engagement
  • Create fake accounts to manipulate conversations
  • Use bots to abuse platform systems
  • Conduct scams or fraud
  • Mislead users for financial gain

QrtzApp may remove spam content and suspend accounts involved in manipulation.

Impersonation and Deception

You may not impersonate:

  • Other users
  • Public figures
  • Organizations
  • Businesses
  • Government entities

Parody, satire, fan accounts, and roleplay are generally permitted when clearly identified and unlikely to mislead users.

Intellectual Property

Only post content you have the right to share.

Do not:

  • Upload copyrighted material without permission
  • Misrepresent ownership of creative works
  • Circumvent creator rights

Copyright complaints are handled through the QrtzApp Copyright & DMCA Policy.

Reblogs and Community Participation

QrtzApp is built around sharing and discussion.

Users may:

  • Reblog public content
  • Quote reblog public content
  • Respond to public content
  • Add commentary and criticism
  • Participate in community discussions

When engaging with others:

  • Criticize ideas rather than people whenever possible.
  • Do not organize harassment.
  • Respect requests to stop unwanted direct interactions.

Deleted Content and Derivative Content

QrtzApp recognizes the difference between redistribution and original expression.

When a user deletes original content:

  • Pure redistributions may be removed or become unavailable.
  • Quote reblogs and derivative content containing meaningful user-created expression may remain visible.
  • When source material is no longer available, QrtzApp may replace it with an unavailable-content notice.

Users should understand that participating in public conversations may result in portions of those conversations remaining visible even if an earlier post is removed.

Privacy and Personal Information

Do not publish:

  • Home addresses
  • Phone numbers
  • Government identification numbers
  • Financial account information
  • Private communications without authorization
  • Other sensitive personal information

Even publicly available information may be removed if it is shared for the purpose of harassment or intimidation.

Reporting Content

If you encounter content that violates these Guidelines, use available reporting tools or contact QrtzApp.

Reports should be made in good faith.

Abuse of reporting systems may itself result in moderation action.

Enforcement

Moderation actions may include:

  • Content removal
  • Content warnings
  • Visibility restrictions
  • Temporary suspensions
  • Permanent account termination
  • Other actions necessary to protect the community

QrtzApp reserves the right to consider context, intent, severity, repetition, and user history when making moderation decisions.

Not every violation will result in the same outcome.

Appeals

Users may appeal moderation actions through available support channels.

Submitting an appeal does not guarantee reversal of a moderation decision.

Changes to These Guidelines

QrtzApp may update these Community Guidelines from time to time.

Updated versions become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.

Continued use of the Service after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Guidelines.

A Final Note

QrtzApp is a place for creativity, community, discussion, fandom, art, photography, writing, and self-expression.

Help us build the kind of community you would want to be part of.
